Fabric repair
Our fabric repairs are woven in with the use of a microscope and very fine needles. We can weave single, double and triple layered fabrics with strands sized as small as 200 strands per inch. Our workmanship is guaranteed. The savings to the paper company is anywhere from 50% to 75% of the cost of a new fabric. We offer this service off the paper machine.

Repair Kit
- Thermo Fabric Repair Kit
- Includes specially engineered fabric from Japan which is thermally sealed to a clean fabric. Kit includes:
- Bag
- Alcohol
- Brush
- Blow dryer
- Teflon paper
- Iron and sand paper
- Fabric Seam Finishing Kit
- This kit is used to finish seams as well as rewoven repairs. Kit includes:
- nail clipper with straight edge
- cordless electric razor (3 head)
- 400 grit sandpaper
- Thermo Seal Patch Remover (4 oz bottle)
- This is used to remove old patches for resealing or reweaving.
